Our training programs cover practical training on Technical, Market and Client Related Issues including:

• Market Characteristics and Conventions
• How the Product Works
• Role of all Parties
• Structures
• Pricing Issues
• Risks and Risk Management
• Applications
• Identifying and Solving Client Problems

Training Goals & Objectives

The specific goals and objectives of the training program will depend on the strategic goals of the institution and the level and needs of the participants. Participants will develop the technical and application skills they need to improve their performance and further develop their career.

Adding Value to Client Relationships

The most critical task is to make sure that each participant understands how their institution's financial products can be used by a client. The client may be a corporate borrower,  institutional investor, government entity or individual. Clients are not looking for products but for solutions to their problems.

Interactive Methodology

Participants work in small groups to make sure that they are actively involved in a joint learning process. The role of the instructor is to facilitate this process. Lectures are integrated with interactive discussions, frequent brief exercises and comprehensive case studies.

Comprehensive Modular Materials

PowerPoint presentations are supplemented with a comprehensive workbook containing sufficient information to minimize the need for taking notes. This allows the participants to focus on discussing the concepts and applying them to improve their skills.
